Condition Reports.
Done in Minutes.
Condition reports shouldn't take longer than the inspection itself. Record quick video walkthroughs and let AI write and organise signed, tamper-proof reports for rental properties, vehicle fleets, and auto workshops.

Walk & Talk
A frictionless workflow, just start filming. Tap items or talk about them and let our AI do the heavy lifting. We'll organise the report, descriptions, and even check for pre-existing damage - so you can focus on the inspection, not the admin.
AI Review & History
ConditionIt remembers every property. An intelligent Quick Scan checks each finding against a property's full history, surfacing pre-existing or non-existent damage and letting you link or escalate in one tap. No more sifting.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered
Publish to a secure client portal with one tap. Clients can review all findings, add their own photos and comments, draw their signature, and download a signed PDF - all from their phone, no account required.
