ConditionIt is built as an offline-first Progressive Web App. When you record HD video or capture voice notes without an active internet connection, the application seamlessly chunks and encrypts the data into your phone's local storage (IndexedDB).

There is zero risk of data loss. You can complete a sprawling 3-hour inspection on a completely disconnected greenfield construction site.

Automatic background syncing

The moment your device detects a stable, secure internet connection (like walking back into the site office Wi-Fi), ConditionIt quietly initiates an asynchronous background sync, moving all your heavy media files into the cloud for AI processing. You don't have to keep the app open or manually trigger a massive upload.
