We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an organization, including your name, email address, password, and payment information. We also process the audio, video, and photograph data you upload during property inspections.

3. Processing Inspection Data

As the core function of our service, we process audio, video, and photograph data. You (the agency or inspector) retain full ownership of this data. ConditionIt acts strictly as a data processor to generate condition reports.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Audio captured during inspections is securely transmitted to our transcription partners to convert voice notes into text. Your voice and video data is explicitly excluded from being used to train any third-party AI models. It is used solely to generate your specific report.

5. Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. All data transferring between your device and our servers uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We utilize enterprise-grade cloud providers to store your data securely.
