Traditional inspection software makes you do all the admin yourself. You record the issues on-site, then go back to the office and spend an hour dropping photos into a template, writing descriptions twice, and wrestling with page layouts. The inspection itself takes 30 minutes. The paperwork takes three times as long.

The tenant opens it on their phone, reviews every photo and description at full resolution, adds any comments they want on record, and signs directly in their browser.

Both signatures are timestamped and locked into the document the moment the tenant signs. The completed report is stored permanently and can be downloaded as a PDF at any point. No printing, no scanning, no chasing anyone to return paperwork.
